The Opportunity
Every brand needs a visual identity. Every startup needs a design system. Every campaign needs art direction from concept to execution. Every platform needs motion, editorial, and digital design that actually works.
The opportunity is real and everywhere. And it belongs to communication designers who think
at system level, not just designers who can execute.
At UDIT, you learn to be that designer.
What Makes This Different?
The Complete Practice of Communication Design.
The Complete Practice of Communication Design.
Systems, Not Surfaces
Not logos. Brand systems. Not posters. Campaigns. Not screens. Digital products. Every project is designed at system level, from identity and packaging to digital experiences.
Doodle To Digital
Before you open a screen, you learn to draw. It is not about the skills of drawing but giving language to your ideas and imagination. Understanding forms and materials gives your digital work depth.
Strategy + Aesthetics
You learn research, semiotics and narrative structure alongside typography, colour and motion. Every visual decision connects to a communication objective. Strategy and aesthetics are inseparable.
Digital & Interactive
Print is where it started. Screens are where it lives. You learn UX, interaction design, and interface logic, because every communication designer today works in digital environments.
AI as a Creative Instrument
Generative tools, automated workflows, AI-assisted motion. Embedded into studio practice. You graduate with AI fluency.
Industry Immersion
Every semester. Real clients. Real briefs. Real deadlines. Agency visits, practitioner co-creations and professionals. By graduation, you've spent four years with the industry.
Each Year Adds to Your Portfolio.

Publication Design
Mostly Dad Publication Design by Gauravi Nagpal
Mostly Dad is an interactive toolkit designed to guide new Indian fathers through the emotional, mental and practical chaos of early parenthood. Mostly Dad redefines fatherhood support by creating a safe space for vulnerability, humour and learning. In a society where dads are often told to “step up” without being shown how, it offers interactive tools, relatable stories and practical guidance to help fathers navigate pressures: be it providing for their family, overcoming the fear of mistakes, or forging stronger emotional connections.

Procedural Motion Research
Bias in Focus Procedural Motion Research by Swarna Aggarwal
Bias in Focus is a procedural motion research archive that examines how generative AI
skews visual storytelling. Rooted in critical inquiry and system design, this
independent research project interrogates the aesthetics of AI through hundreds of
crowdsourced, tagged images that reveal 25 categories of bias—from gendered tropes to
cultural erasure.
Structured around five core parameters, the interactive platform moves beyond passive
consumption to enable nuanced analysis, encouraging users to reflect on the systemic
distortions embedded in AI-generated content.
Branding, Packaging & Merchandise
Pitara Branding, Packaging & Merchandise by Ishita Sachdeva
Pitaara is a game crafted to rekindle the joy and celebrate childhood, values and deep-
rooted memories. Designed for all ages, it invites players to slow down, reflect and
reconnect across generations. With illustrated prompts and thoughtful cues, the game
sparks laughter, storytelling, and heartwarming conversations that encourage
lighthearted engagement while nurturing emotional support and connection.
Simple and inclusive by design, Pitaara is not a game; it's a gentle reminder of the
power of memories and the joy of being together of your loved ones.
Publication & Exhibition Design
Viramam (విరామం) Publication & Exhibition Design by Nivarthi Akshaya
Viramam|A Pause is a contemplative exploration of the quiet spaces women carve out for themselves within the flow of everyday life. It begins with a simple yet profound question: How do women pause? What do those moments of leisure look like? Through intimate conversations and observations across Andhra Pradesh and Delhi, the project gathers stories and silences around the idea of leisure. Often, it does not reveal itself in grand gestures but in the ordinary—an unhurried oiling of hair, the comfort of a morning filter coffee, the solitude of sitting still.

Neo-realist Film project
Nahin Hai Neo-realist Film project by Ayush Kadyan
Nahi Hain is a quietly powerful fiction film that explores the tender aftershocks of
loss. Set against the backdrop of a childhood village revisited years after the death of
a father, the film navigates how memory, place, and familial presence stir what grief
leaves behind.
Rooted in Italian Neorealism, Nahi Hain employs non-actors and lived environments to
dissolve the boundaries between fiction and reality. Through subtle storytelling and
minimalist direction, the film finds poignancy in silence, stillness, and the spaces in
between words—inviting viewers to sit with the kind of grief that doesn’t shout, but
settles.
